Mountain House Vintage is a tiny vintage rug shop owned by me, Louise (Lou) Searle. I live on a mountain in Virginia and spend most of my time mothering my three children and the rest of it slinging rugs! I opened the shop in 2020 after years of collecting vintage rugs. I love the rich colors and texture, history, durability, and character that vintage rugs bring to any space.
